Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities and proactively engage in acquisition of new property developments
  • Follow up on progress to tie up projects for the company
  • Develop and maintain healthy relationships with key personnel
  • Provide updates to the company on status of project acquisitions in a detailed and timely manner
  • Conduct sales and marketing training, according to guidelines of each project

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business development in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
  • Strong understanding of the industry is essential.
  • A proven track record in acquiring and tying up reputable developments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, high integrity, tact, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute professionalism.
  • Able to proactively plan ahead and manage activities to ensure steady office support and engagement on a variety of topics.
  • Capacity to prioritize multiple issues and to respond quickly with an appropriate sense of urgency.
  • Results-oriented as well as the ability to think creatively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify digital marketing trends as well as monitor our competitors’ online presence in order to propose reactive campaign strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on new trends and techniques in digital marketing to constantly improve the company’s corporate image and presence in the industry
  • Produce photos, videos and other types of content (e.g. photoshoots, interviews, event coverage).
  • Work together with marketing team to design and produce media creatives for advertising.
  • To manage the media content and accounts of the company, including WordPress.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through the tracking and analysis of advanced performance metrics (ROI and KPIs), and recommend improvements
  • Strategize and execute campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Xiaohongshu
  • Support the team with other ad hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Specialty in Graphic Design or Creative Media preferred.
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing environment, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding in design and editing software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
  • Media buy experience in platforms including YouTube, Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is a must.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, high integrity, tact, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute professionalism.
  • A proven track record as a creative strategy planner
  • An active team player with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Processing internal arrangements for the company
  • Maintaining internal records, which includes preparation, issuance, and filing of company documentations, including invoices.
  • Handling set of accounts and hand over for audit
  • Communicating with senior management as well as external parties.
  • Acting as first point of contact for all personnel enquiries.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Specialty in Business or Accounting preferred.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of basic office applications, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • An active team player with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Turn concepts and ideas into intuitive and captivating user experiences
  • Plan and lead research activities to help improve the overall user experience design of all projects.
  • Promote and practices good usability and able to optimize the user experience for web and mobile
  • Conduct audits to identify bugs and usability issues during the development cycle

 

Requirements

  • Solid UI/UX design experience with WordPress, Photoshop, Adobe, Illustrator, Elementor
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin
  • Proactive, high integrity, tact, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute professionalism.
  • An active team player with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
