Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command in English and Mandarin
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented
  • Strong understanding in design and editing software

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the social media accounts of the Company
  • Content strategy planning
  • Create and copywrite engaging contents and creatives to boost the Company’s overall branding
  • Develop collaborations and affiliate marketing on relevant platforms, including Xiao Hong Shu, Dao Yin, and Tik Tok
  • Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Proactive, resourceful, and driven to become successful
  • Strong network collaboration and partnership with agents, bankers and lawyers in building solid customer database and maintaining good rapport with customers
  • Excellent command of English and Mandarin
  • A team player but also able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Possess own transport and must be willing to travel when required.

 

  • Achieve individual sales targets and overall business objectives.
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, bankers, authorities, consultants, and creative agencies to produce the desired results in achieving sales budget and branding strategies.
  • Actively promote the company’s projects, arrange presentations and meetings with prospective clients, attend to customers’ inquiries and provide prompt services to assist customers during and after sales.
  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties as and when instructed by the Management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for the Company
  • Coordinate with Team Leaders on commencement dates and training schedules
  • Handle all administrative matters concerning recruitment, including preparation of offer letters, memorandum, onboarding kits, and reports
  • Post available job opportunities in relevant job portals
  • Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command in English and Mandarin
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong understanding in Microsoft Office

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of bookkeeping, accounts, and taxes
  • Process and maintain the Company’s internal records and documentations
  • Update and monitor the sales activities of agents
  • Liaise with the developers on all matters related to sales administration
  • Provide administration support for the Company
  • Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Identify new property developments and engage communication with the developer
  • Follow up on progress to tie up new projects for the Company
  • Develop, maintain healthy relationship with key personnels
  • Provide updates to the Company on status of project acquisitions
  • Conduct detailed project presentations to agents
  • Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required

  • Advertise effective marketing campaigns across all social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and Google to obtain sales
  • Perform media ad buys through important channels to increase company branding and followers
  • Assist in the design and production of engaging media creatives for marketing to generate recruitment leads
  • Support the Company with other ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Develop collaborations and affiliate marketing on relevant platforms, including Xiao Hong Shu, Dao Yin, and Tik Tok
