What is this MSH Programme? This MSH program is another proactive action taken by the government to woo foreigners to reside in Malaysia temporarily either for retirement, leisure and educational purposes or simply to enjoy what the country has to offer. It is open to citizens of all nations (except citizens of Yogoslavia & Israel).

How do I qualify to participate in this? You need to deposit RM100,000 (single application) or RM150,000 (applicant with spouse) to a bank account and you need proof of income of RM7,000 per month (single applicant) or RM10,000 per month (applicant with spouse) upon your application. As the "Malaysia My Second Home" project has taken over the "Silverhair Program", there is no age limit imposed upon those who wish to apply.

Sponsor. Applicants are advised to use the service of companies approved and listed with the Malaysian Immigration Department. In 2002, Brownland Properties was appointed as one of the sponsors for this program. Currently, the Malaysian Immigration Department has only approved of two sponsors, and we are proud to be one of them.
