DOREEN TAN - Principal and Managing Director

Doreen began her career in the Klang Valley of Malaysia where the capital city of Kuala Lumpur resides and has been a real estate agent for over 20 years. She is involved in the leasing and selling of prestigious real estate. As a result of having successfully sold and managed real estate throughout her career, she has extensive knowledge of real estate practice.

Over the years, she has built-up a database of high net worth and high-income clients. Of notable mention is the Matsushita Group of Companies. In the Japanese expatriate community alone, Doreen has helped to resettle more than 1,000 Japanese families arriving to Malaysia. The Ericsson Group is another example of relocation offered by Brownland.

Doreen is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Real Estate (MIEA) and is fully licensed to sell real estate in Malaysia.
